Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms of Sale (CGV) govern the contractual relationship between APR Club and its member subscribers.
Article 2 - Membership
Membership in APR Club is subject to prior acceptance of the application by the board. Once the application is accepted, the candidate has 7 days to proceed with payment of the membership fee.
Article 3 - Membership Fee
The annual fee is set at €1,200 excl. tax (€1,440 incl. tax for French residents). The applicable VAT depends on the member's country of residence:
- France: 20%
- Other EU countries without VAT number: local rate
- EU countries with valid VAT number: 0% (reverse charge)
- Non-EU: 0%
Article 4 - Payment
Payment is made online by bank card via our secure provider Mollie. Payment is due in a single installment at the time of membership.
Article 5 - Invoice
An invoice is automatically generated and sent by email after payment confirmation. It is also available in the member area.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period with the consumer's agreement.
The member acknowledges that access to the member area and club services is immediate after payment and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
Article 7 - Duration and Renewal
Membership is valid for one year from the date of payment. Renewal is not automatic and will be proposed 30 days before the due date.
Article 8 - Suspension and Exclusion
APR Club reserves the right to suspend or exclude a member in case of non-compliance with the club charter or behavior detrimental to other members. No refund will be made in case of exclusion.
Article 9 - Liability
APR Club undertakes to implement all necessary means to ensure the proper execution of the services offered. Its liability is limited to direct damages, excluding any indirect damage.
Article 10 - Personal Data
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 11 - Intellectual Property
Members retain the intellectual property of their creations. By joining the club, they grant APR Club a non-exclusive license to distribute their images as part of the club's activities.
Article 12 - Amendment of the CGV
APR Club reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale. Members will be informed of any changes by email.
Article 13 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of [City] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
